Commission Info

Contact me via email if you're interested in a commission.
Here you'll find my basic Terms of Service info and general things to know about the commission process.
Terms of Service

-
Commissions are accepted via PayPal. By paying the invoice, the client agrees to the terms stated in this contract.
-
Unless otherwise discussed and agreed on, all commissions will be completed within 30 days of the initial invoice being paid.
-
All invoices are due within 7 days from receiving them, unless agreed otherwise. Invoices past the due date will be cancelled, also cancelling the commission.
-
The client is entitled to one major revision on every major stage of the process. If any of them require significant reworking or recreation, the client will be subject to additional charges equal to the time and effort required. Further minor revisions beyond the first round are also subject to charge.
-
During the process of the commission, the artist will update the client at the beginning of each stage. If no input is given by the client within three days, the piece will be considered approved and no further revisions are accepted.
-
Once the commission is complete, I will send the client a low resolution, watermarked version of the piece, when they will be reminded to pay the remaining 50% if they haven't already. If the invoice isn't paid within one week of this reminder, the full resolution file will not be sent, and I will reserve full and exclusive rights to the artwork depicted within the commission, and will keep the initial deposit with no further obligation to the client.
-
Clients/commissioners DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions for NFT. Under no circumstances do I consent to any finished commission or progress pictures being used or sold as NFT's or involved in AI generated art.
-
I maintain authorship credit; meaning that the client now owns the commission, but may not claim it as their own work, the client cannot alter the work without my permission, and I reserve the right to post this piece on my portfolio and social media at my discretion.
-
The client cannot sell or otherwise reproduce the commission in any capacity. If the client does wish to sell or otherwise commercially reproduce the finished commission, this request can be submitted for consideration at any time, but will not be accepted without further payment and the entry into a new, separate contract.
FAQ

-
Are your commissions open?
Yes! You can order one as well as find examples of my work and more information on this website. -
Will you work for exposure?
Not likely, sorry. I won't be making art for free or in exchange for exposure. Requests to do so will be declined or ignored. -
Are your prices negotiable?
Not exactly, my prices are to ensure I'm paid fairly for the time I've put into my artwork. Some prices are fixed, while others will vary based on complexity. I will be offering sales from time to time however, and I do work to try to price my artwork fairly. -
Do you accept art requests?
I'm open to requests for content you'd want to see me create, however this doesn't guarantee or obligate me to do so. -
Are you open to collaborations?
Definitely. I'd enjoy the chance to work with other artists and creatives. Feel free to contact me directly if you're interested.

Thank you for taking the time to take a look at my artwork, I greatly appreciate it!
Please stay safe and I hope you have a good day!
